What is a session?

A session is a running browser instance. You can make as many requests as you want within a single running browser. Think of it as opening a browser on your own machine — there are no hard limits. You decide how to optimally use the browser for your workflow.

Are proxies included in the price?

Proxies are not included in the price. You can use your own proxies (we support all types: SOCKS5, HTTP, HTTPS) or connect via VPN (OpenVPN, WireGuard). Alternatively, you can purchase proxies from us — prices start at $3/GB.

Is CAPTCHA solving included?

CAPTCHA solving is not included in the plan price. To use the built-in CAPTCHA solver you need an API key. Pricing examples (per 1K solves):

How many requests can a browser handle?

We do not limit the number of requests. Actual throughput depends on the target site's rate limits, delays between requests, latency to the Surfsky cluster (available in DE and US regions), and the network path to your host.

How do I choose between Flexible and Reserved?

Flexible — pay only for actual runtime. Best for variable or bursty workloads: browsers spin up when needed and scale to zero when idle.

Reserved — browsers allocated 24/7 with instant availability. More browser-hours per dollar and a fixed monthly bill. Best for continuous automation where you need predictable budget and guaranteed capacity.
